This workout takes the fundamental strength, speed and agility fitness skills that you have developed to the next level. It will help maximise your tennis progress as it supports and prepares your body for a more demanding level of tennis than that which you play at the moment.

You can do this workout from home with minimal space required, and if you feel fit & healthy we recommend you do this workout up to 3 times a week.
